Disgusting Math Problem of the Day
There is a place near my school that sells 32 cm hotdogs. If I have eaten 5 of these hotdogs and around 10 regular 16.5 cm hotdogs. What is the length of hotdogs - in inches - that I have eaten in my two and a half months in Ecuador?
Hint: 1 cm = .4 inches
Answer: 128 inches or for extra credit: 10.6667 feet

Tomfoolery in the Andes
Our group spent the weekend in the Andean city of CaƱar, where tourists stay solely for the purpose of visiting Ingapirca (the largest Inca ruins in Ecuador) and not really anything else. This makes the city pretty deserted and with very few options for college students on a Friday night. My fifth grade science teacher died today. He gave me my first demerit for talking in class even though I was just asking my friend for a pencil.
